This project was a historical adaptive reuse of an early 1900’s storage warehouse in Skykomish, WA. The building was tastefully redesigned and renovated into an extended stay facility.

• Gorgeous common commercial kitchen with exposed glulam beams

• Added east side shed dormer to accommodate living space on the second floor

• Repurposed / reused building materials and incorporated into finished product

• Five-units with private luxury bathrooms
