The Hall on Occidental
Joining their two other locations (Queen Anne Beer Hall and Moss Bay Hall), The Hall on Occidental is crafting memorable experiences through food, beer, people and community.
As part of our scope, Chain provided both Consulting and Construction Services taking an empty brick and concrete shell within the iconic Gridiron Condominium Building and transformed it into a gorgeous restaurant across from Lumen Field in the heart of Pioneer Square. As a preconstruction consultant, Chain worked with the various jurisdictions and lined up the operating team (The Hall Group) on behalf of the unit owner. In addition, Chain Construction built out the 6,500 multi-leveled cold shell into a high volume restaurant operation inclusive of two full bars, private dining mezzanine, commercial kitchen, outdoor cafe/beer garden and seating for 230 occupants.

Restaurant Operator Search and Selection
General Contracting, Project Management, and Budget Oversight
Custom Woodworking and Overall Buildout
