Story In A Bottle Wines
Every bottle of wine has a complex story that combines viticulture, history, science, art, culture and people. Knowing the story of a wine doesn’t make it better, but it does make drinking it more enjoyable.
Chain Construction was asked to take a cold shell in a new construction building in Bellevue, and turn it into a beautiful retail wine shop.
The scope of this project included:
Land Use Variance facilitation with the City of Bellevue
Topping slab addition to bring floor elevation up to meet sidewalk elevation
ADA bathroom buildout
New electrical, water, fire (alarm/sprinkler) services for the space
Custom sales counter & countertop
